Day 01: Drive from Kathmandu to Pokhara (820m).
Day 02: Drive to Nayapul then trek to Tikhedunga (1577m).
Day 03: Morning yoga practice then trek to Ghorepani (2675m).
Day 04: Hike to Poon Hill yoga practice, trek to Tadapani (2675m).
Day 05: Morning yoga practice then trek to Ghandruk (1950m).
Day 06: Morning yoga then trek to Nayapul and drive to Pokhara.
Day 07: Drive from Pokhara to Kathmandu, evening farewell dinner.
Yoga trek can be organize Everest, Annapurna and Langtang region, March, April, May, September, October and November are the best months of the year for yoga trek; it can be operated in tea houses basic year round.
