Trip booking and payment terms and conditions read and agreed carefully before booking Nepal trip with us. All the services will be provided as per the agreement between you and us in the time of booking.
We have different types of payment option choose and pay easily. 25% non-refundable booking deposit is required per person, whilst booking your trip and balance will be paid up on your arrival; you can make the deposit by bank wire transfer or master and visa card, money transfer etc.
All adventure trip cost are quoted in US$, payment can be made in cash US$ or travelers cheque, visa card, master cards, PayPal but payment will be calculated according to current exchange rate of US$. If you Pay this amount by credit cards or pay pal you have to pay 4% extra charge. Adventure trip is not guaranteed till the 25% non refundable deposit paid along with photocopy of your valid passport; and full payment not later than one week before departure or can be paid up on arrival in Nepal.
Main payment options are bank/ pay pal/ credit card / money transfer etc. For the payment process, choose suitable payment method then contact us, we will provide you our bank account detail / Pay pal detail / credit card payments application form or company detail for money transfer. If you would like to pay by credit card fill the form properly then send us including your passport and credit card (both sides) copies.
Bank/ pay pal/ Credit card / money transfer service charge should be paid by the clients themselves at the time of deposit or payment.
Last minute deals:
We deals last minute booking two days before starting trip, for your last minute booking you have to pay full amount of money as an advance but last minute booking will not be acceptable for, Climbing, Expedition, Tibet and Bhutan trip.
Incomplete tour No refund:
No refund will be made to any tour member in case of incomplete trip due to different reasons.
Flight by plane and helicopter are prone to cancellations and delays for notorious weather in mountain region and some time operational complications which could be happened in particular in Everest, Annapurna, Dolpo or Karnali region. If the flights are included in your itinerary, it is necessary some extra money to buy food and accommodations in case of flight delays. We won’t be responsible for these additional expenses or costs incurred from lost connections, so plan accordingly if required.
Program itinerary can change without prior notice due to unavoidable circumstances beyond our control like weather hazards, landslides, political unrest, war, disasters, sickness etc. we will provide you similar standard alternative trip. If this doesn’t fit your interest, 75% money paid by you will be refunded. Be careful, any other expenses incurred by you as a result of this booking are entirely your responsibility.
If you want to cancel Nepal travel program due to any unavoidable circumstances only 45% of paid deposit is refundable, when you inform us trip cancellation is clearly given and recorded by the agent no less than 7 full days prior to the departure from Kathmandu; otherwise payment is not refundable.
Personal travel insurance essential for Nepal travelers, but is not included in trip prices quoted. We suggest you to make insurance policies to protect against unforeseen circumstances before travelling Nepal which covers personal injury, death, medical expenses, helicopter rescue, air ambulance, lost of gears etc.
Passport and Visa:
It requires valid passport having minimum of 6 months of validity from the return date. You can get Nepal entry visa from the Nepalese consulate in your country or upon your arrival in Nepal international airport Kathmandu, visa fees are exclusive responsibility of clients.
Health and fitness:
All holiday trips in Nepal demand a sufficient level of fitness, therefore you should check with your doctor concerning your health and fitness before preceding your journey. You have any pre existing medical condition or disability you might increase the risk of you requiring medical attention you need to inform to us. This may also hamper your ability to travel.
Holiday Price Changes:
While traveling with us you need to have a maximum degree of flexibility, good sense of humor and considerate about the mode of transportation, accommodation and itinerary may change even after the tour has started due to some unavoidable circumstances such as flight delay, cancellation or postpone due to whether in the high altitude or other erratic situation like land slide, road blockage, flood, snow, political instability etc. in such condition we cannot refund any duty due to prior supplier arrangements. If doable we will make an effort to provide you any other alternative trip of same category. Our holiday, tour and trek packages are designed based on twin share accommodation. Thus, an extra appendage will be charged to those clients who do not have another tour participant to share accommodation with. We do not acknowledge any blame regarding loss of employment, delays or compensation that results from situations which are beyond our control. Most of the time domestic flight fare is changing due to fuel price high up. We always try our best to make a present price.
